Council approved the plat on November 15, 2021, now <br />will consider a zone change to correctly rezone the developable parcels <br />to Business Park consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />The Comp Plan guides Business Park properties for uses and the zone <br />change along with the public improvements satisfy the city's goal of <br />providing additional opportunities for industrial development. <br />Planning Commission <br />The Commission held a public hearing regarding the zone change on <br />November 23, 2021.
