<br />,... - <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 79-7 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION III., SUBDIVISION 5, PARAGRAPH 2 OF CHAPTER 12.04 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER (SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS) <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section III., Subdivision 5, Paragraph 2 of Chapter 12.04 of the <br />Elk River Municipal Code which relates to dedication of land for <br />parks and open space is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />Section 2.
