The three parcels in Block 2 shall be shown as one outlot, to be <br /> consistent with the final plat. <br /> 2. He reviewed the applicant's conceptual plans <br /> and asked the Planning Commission to provide the applicant with non-formal, non- <br /> binding feedback. He stated a property owner on Troy Street did contact him to ask <br /> about this concept review, but he did not provide Mr. Carlton with any feedback <br /> about the application. <br /> Dan Krueger, 18682 Queen Circle, explained his concepts and goals for <br /> construction of either a mini storage facility or a 3- or 4-unit townhome. <br /> The property is currently zoned R-1b and although the recently adopted <br /> Comprehensive Plan guides the property for traditional single-family residential uses <br /> and offers possibilities for other multiple-family residential units to coexist in single- <br /> family neighborhoods,that use has generally been targeted for the Mixed-Residential <br /> Neighborhood land use category. <br /> The Commission discussed the merits of each option, and the consensus was to <br /> explore a townhome application over the ministorage use,noting they felt that <br /> �r}�agwEeEo er <br /> A 'AfURE <br />
