The Council gave the property owner a deadline of November 1, 2021, to either clean-up the property <br />or enter into an abatement agreement with the city. <br />Code Enforcement Officer Tim Trebesch met with the property owner to establish a clean-up timeline and <br />periodic inspections to monitor the progress. The property has not met expectations for progress. The applicant <br />requested an additional meeting with the Council to discuss an extension to the November 1 deadline. <br />Financial Impact <br />The abatement process will include legal costs incurred by the city.
