They directed staff to look in to the possibility of hosting an event in May or <br />,June and to research what other cities do for celebrations and funding. <br />Council recessed at 8:09 p.m. in order to go into work session. Council reconvened <br />at 8:15 p-rn- <br />Chief Nierenhausen stated most cities don't allow golf carts on city streets with the <br />exception of Andover and Ramsey via a perratting process. Ile expressed his <br />concerns regulati-tig them such as conditions, insurance, monitoring, obstructed <br />pathways, and drinking and driving.
