demolition contracting business, preforming interior demolition for renovations, out of their detached accessory <br />structure and home. <br />Planning Commission <br />The applicant introduced himself and explained how he wants to ensure there are no impacts to the area. While <br />there will be employees at the property at certain times, he has purchased cube trucks for them so they can have <br />equipment and supplies with them most of the time and they will drive these trucks to their own homes. His hope <br />is this will limit activities on site. <br />During the public hearing, no one spoke, other than the applicant, for or against the request. <br />The Planning Commission had no questions or concerns about the request. The commission felt the <br />recommended conditions should mitigate any negative impacts to the surrounding area and unanimously <br />recommended approval. <br />Since the meeting, staff was notified that the applicant had begun storing vehicles and equipment on the property. <br />Staff spoke with the applicant regarding the activity, and he indicated he just had received the cube trucks <br />purchased from Florida. He did not yet have the proper paperwork to have them leave his property. He hoped to <br />have them off site in a few days.
