The <br />proposed plat consists of 3 lots and dedicates right-of-way. Lot 2, <br />Block 1 will contain the existing house and the remaining two lots will <br />be new developable lots, which are eligible for park dedication. <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Master Plan <br />The Master Plan does not identify park property in the vicinity of this <br />plat. <br /> <br />Parks and Recreation Trail Master Plan <br />No trails are planned to access the site. <br />Financial Impact <br />None <br /> <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br /> Opportunity to live, work and play
