Facility <br /> <br />EDA Lease Revenue <br /> <br />$1,8oo,ooo (3) <br /> <br />(1) This issue is discretionary; current estimated savings - $82,000. This could be completed in late 1996 <br />if there is room under the $10,000,000 cap. <br /> <br />(2) As of this date, no formal requests have been received. <br /> <br />(3) The school staff estimated an issue of between $1.2 and $1.8 million. <br /> <br />These estimated bond issues are based on information currently available. The size of each bond issue is <br />subject to change; however, the size should not change substantially. <br /> <br />It is the City's intent to time bond issues (to the extent possible) so as to not exceed the $10,000,000 bank <br />qualified limit.
