<br /> <br /> <br />City of Elk River <br /> <br />City Council <br /> <br />Resolution 21-____ <br /> <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Authorizing <br />Execution of a Grant Agreement for the Toward Zero Death Program <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Be it resolved that the City of Elk River, on behalf of its police department, <br />enter into a grant agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, for traffic <br />safety enforcement projects during the period from October 1, 2021, through September 30, <br />2022; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Elk River Police Chief, Ron Nierenhausen, is hereby authorized <br />to execute such agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on <br />behalf of the City of Elk River Police Department and to be the fiscal agent and administer <br />the grant. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br />River, Minnesota, as follows: The City of Elk River Police Department enter into a Grant <br />Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 1st day of November 2021. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> John J.
