Mr. Gromberg has applied to fill one of those positions. <br />The advisory committees mill include nrithout limitation: <br />(a) A joint EDAI HRA Finance Committee nhich shall consist of <br />(i) tn,,o HRA Commissioners appointed by the HRA, <br />(ii� tn,,o EDA Commissioners appointed by the EDA, and <br />(iii) five members of the Elk River community consisting of tn�o members of the banking profession, one <br />member of the legal profession, one member of the real estate profession and one member of the community at <br />large each of n�hom shall be appointed, as needed, by the then -existing members of the Finance Committee to <br />fill any open seat consistent nrith foregoing community categories. <br />If one of the HRA or EDA members also has the professional distinction meeting the criteria for banking <br />legal, or real estate, another member of the community at large may be substituted nrith a term that runs <br />concurrently with the term of the HRA or EDA member so that at no time more than 2 HRA and 2 <br />EDA Commissioners serve on the Committee. <br />Financial Impact <br />N/A <br />Mission/Policy/Goal <br />The Joint Finance Committee is an advisory committee to the EDA and HRA. <br />Attachments <br />■ Application <br />The Elk River Vision <br />A n elcoming community nrith revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional p p x E R E o R r <br />service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires prosperity [14A UR <br />
