<br />PAGE 18 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />pJGN~JNSPECTION . <br /> <br />(i) Any person installing, altering, or <br />relocating a sign for which a permit has been <br />issued shall notify the Building and Zoning <br />Administrator upon completion of the work. <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator may <br />require a final inspection, including an <br />electrical inspection and inspection of <br />footings on freestanding signs. <br /> <br />(ii) The Building and Zoning Administrator may <br />require in writing upon issuance of a permit <br />that he be notified for inspection prior to <br />the installation of certain signs. <br /> <br />g. VIOLATIONS. <br /> <br />In addition to the remedies authorized in 900.46, the <br />City may cause the following action to be taken. <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />When, in the op1n1on of the Building and <br />Zoning Administrator, a violation of the code <br />exists, the Building and Zoning Administrator <br />shall issue a written order to either the <br />owner of the sign or the owner of the <br />property on which the sign is placed. The <br />order shall specify those sections of the <br />code involved, describe the violation and <br />shall direct that the violation be corrected <br />within thirty (30) days from the date of the <br />order. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(ii) If, upon inspection, the Building and Zoning <br />Administrator finds that a sign is abandoned <br />or is structurally, or electrically defec- <br />tive, or in any way endangers the public, the <br />Building and Zoning Administrator shall issue <br />a written order to the owner of the sign and <br />occupant of the premises stating the nature <br />of the violation and requiring repair or <br />removal of the sign within thirty (30) days <br />of the date of the order. <br /> <br />h.
