<br />PAGE 12 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(iv) <br /> <br />Two (2) business wall signs per occupancy, <br />not to exceed one (1) square foot in combined <br />sign area for each linear foot of the <br />building frontage up to a maximum accumula- <br />tion of one hundred twenty-eight (128) square <br />feet per occupancy . <br /> <br />(v) <br /> <br />Incidental signs, not to <br />square foot in aggregate <br />occupancy are permitted. <br /> <br />exceed one (1) <br />sign area per <br /> <br />(vi) Two (2) construction signs not to exceed an <br />aggregate of sixty-four (64) square feet in <br />sign area for each street frontage of a <br />construction project. Such a sign may be <br />erected thirty (30) days prior to beginning <br />of construction and shall be removed thirty <br />(30) days following completion of constru- <br />tion. Such signs must not be illuminated. <br /> <br />d. SIGNS PERMITTED IN HIGHWAY COMMERCIAL, C-3A AND C-3B <br /> ZONES <br /> The following signs are permitted in C-3A and C-3B <br /> zones: <br />. (i) All signs as permitted in paragraphs 4 ( a) <br /> and (c) of this section. <br /> <br />(ii) Advertising sign erected or maintained more <br />than four hundred (400) lineal feet distant <br />from another advertising sign. Such <br />advertising signs shall not contain more than <br />two (2) signs per facing, nor exceed <br />fifty-five (55) feet in total length or <br />thirty-five (35) feet in height. Such <br />advertising signs shall only be allowed on <br />C-3A and C-3B zoned property adjacent to <br />right-of-way for State Highway number 10 and <br />169. <br /> <br />. <br />
