<br />ORDINANCE 87-18 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP <br />TO ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1B TO R-2B AND R-3 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk River is <br />hereby amended to zone the property described as: <br /> <br />PARCEL A (north) <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne <br />northeasterly of the centerline of <br />lies north of the following described <br /> <br />the Southeast Quarter of Section 28 <br />County, Minnesota, that lies <br />County State Aid Highway No.1; and <br />line: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter; thence north along the East line thereof for 1131.00 <br />feet to the actual Point of Beginning of the line to be hereby <br />described; thence westerly to terminate at a point on the West line of <br />said Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a distance of 1126.60 <br />feet north of the Southwest corner thereof. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Subject to that part taken for said County State Aid Highway No. lover <br />and across the westerly 60 feet thereof as measured at right angles to <br />siad centerline. Also subject to that part taken for County Road No. 77, <br />also known as Proctor Avenue, over and across the East 33 feet thereof. <br />Also subject to that part taken for easements to United Power <br />Association, and to Northern Natural Gas Company. Also subject to other <br />easements of record, if any; <br /> <br />from R-1B/Single Family Residential to R-2b/Multi Family Residential. <br /> <br />Section 2.
