The motion carried 3-0 . <br /> 7 . Ms Hemza presented the possibility of adding a Utility <br /> drop box to the block of drop boxes being installed <br /> at the new Cub Foods Store . Mr. Zabee moved to have <br /> the drop box installed, provided the City agrees. Mr. <br /> Dietz seconded the motion. The motion carried 3-0 . <br /> 8 . Mr. McCartney led a discussion regarding abandonment of <br /> Well #1 on Jackson Avenue. He explained procedures and <br /> advised that he is seeking specifications for abandonment . <br /> 9 . Mr. Sundeen presented some preliminary information on <br /> wage studies for the outside crew. <br /> 10 . Mr. Zabee moved to adjourn. Mr. Dietz seconded the motion. <br /> Motion carried 3-0. <br /> 11 .
