Public Works Director <br />Item Description Reviewed by <br />169 Redefine Update on Final Plans Cal Portner, City Administrator <br />Reviewed by <br /> <br /> <br />Action Requested <br />Informational item, no action requested. <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br />Municipal consent on the attached layout of improvements for 169 Redefine was approved on September 8, 2020. <br />Since that time, the project has moved through the final design process. Three years of construction will begin in <br />April of 2022 to complete all necessary work. We will present a virtual flyover of the proposed corridor at the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Our focus now and through April 2022 is to approve final cooperative agreement with MnDOT, communicate the <br />impacts of the final improvements, and detail anticipated disruptions for the upcoming year.
