<br />. <br /> <br />2 . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />compliance by the facilities with the provisions <br />of this Ordinance. The licensee shall be <br />provided with written and documented notice of <br />any deficiencies and recommendations for their <br />corrections. The licensee shall remedy any such <br />deficiencies within the time specified in the <br />notice of deficiency. <br /> <br />The operator shall allow the City Building and <br />Zoning Administrator, or any other authorized or <br />designated representative of the City or of any <br />other governmental agency, access to the <br />facility and the facility premises at any time <br />during operating hours or at any other time <br />following reasonable notice for the purpose of <br />making such inspections as may be necessary to <br />determine compliance with the requirements of <br />this Ordinance or any other applicable statute, <br />ordinance, or regulation. Such access shall be <br />in accordance with the operators safety <br />standards and subject to such other limitations <br />as the City Council deems appropriate with <br />respect to individual facilities. <br /> <br />3 . <br /> <br />Any violations of this ordinance or of the Solid <br />Waste Facility license for the facility which <br />are cited during such inspections shall be <br />immediately corrected. <br /> <br />604.18 - More Restrictive Conditions. Where the <br />conditions imposed by any provision 'of this ordinance <br />are either more restrictive or less restrictive than <br />comparable conditions imposed by any other provision <br />of this ordinance or any other provision of the City <br />Code, applicable law, rule, or regulation, the <br />provisions which establish the higher standards for <br />the promotion and protection of the public welfare, <br />health, and safety shall prevail. <br /> <br />604.20 - Dangerous Wastes. <br /> <br />1. Application to dispose of, store, process, or <br />burn Dangerous Wastes at a licensed Solid Waste <br />Facility in the City of Elk River shall be made <br />to the City Building and Zoning Administrator. <br />The applicant shall submit such information with <br />respect to the Dangerous Waste as is required by <br />the Building and Zoning Administrator, including <br />any analysis of the Dangerous Waste done by the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and any <br />additional analysis or information required by <br />the Building and Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator may: <br /> <br />16. <br />
