Economic Development Authority Minutes Page 2 <br />August 16, 2021 <br />----------------------------- <br />7.1 Public Art Initiative Update <br />Ms. Eddy presented the staff report. She stated there will be a review party planned <br />in the future. <br />Chair Tveite stated the artwork looks great and thanked everyone involved. <br />Commissioner Wagner further expressed a huge thank you to Elk River Municipal <br />Utilities, noting the team was flexible with the scheduling issues, and it was fantastic <br />for them to come back and take care of set up. <br />7.2 Together Elk River Campaign Update <br />Ms. Eddy presented the staff report. <br />7.3 Beautification Committee Appointment <br />Ms. Eddy presented the staff report. <br />Moved by Commissioner Christianson and seconded by Commissioner <br />Wagner to appoint Deb Hjermstad to the Beautification Committee. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />Chair Tveite read a statement noting the EDA will be going into closed meeting per <br />MN Statute 13D.05, Subd. 3(c)(1) to determining the asking price for real property <br />to be sold by the city. The properties being discussed are: <br />■ PID #75-757-0105,17610 Tyler Street <br />■ PID # 75-820-0105,10835 170`' Avenue <br />■ PID # 75-597-0105,13566 185`' Avenue <br />■ PID #75-597-0110,13530 185`' Avenue <br />8.
