Our credit & collections specialist puts a lot of time into <br />researching property owners to ensure adequate notice is given. <br /> <br /> National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) has completed programming changes <br />for some of our custom reports related to the Cold Weather Rule timeframe changes. <br /> <br /> The customer service manager and billing specialist (along with others within the <br />company) will be traveling to the NISC Member Information Conference in Louisville, KY <br />the week of September 13. <br /> <br /> The customer service representatives have been busy creating residential backflow <br />prevention testing service orders as customers are responding to their annual testing <br />notice and creating appointments.
