Duitsman, Mayor, hereby request a special meeting of the City <br />Council on February 18, 1997, at 6:00 p.m., to be held at the Elk River City <br />Hall - 13065 Orono Parkway. <br /> <br />The purpose of the special meeting is to review general council business. <br /> <br />In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this <br />notice at least three days prior to the meeting date.
