Hello, <br />On behalf of the OLID Board of Directors I would like to complement you on the rich detail and <br />thoughtful considerations that are provided in this draft comprehensive plan. <br />Further, we are excited to see the number of goals, policies and strategies that directly align with the <br />OLID's mission to protect, preserve and enhance Lake Orono. <br />It is pleasing to see the number of objectives in the plan that target water quality improvements and <br />particularly this policy included on page 106: <br />• Continue to keep Lake Orono and the Elk and Mississippi Rivers clean and safe for recreational activity. <br />We look forward to assisting where we can in the comprehensive plan's development and <br />implementation. <br />Thank you, <br />Patrick Plant, Chair <br />Board of Directors <br />Orono Lake Improvement District <br />P.O.
