R-l - Single Family Residential District <br /> <br />Statement of Purpose <br /> <br />The Residential Districts are established to accomplish <br />the general purposes of this Ordinance and for the <br />following specific purposes: <br /> <br />To preserve living qualities <br />neighborhoods. <br /> <br />b.
