<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE - 88 - 6 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.20 - GENERAL REGULATIONS, <br />SUBSECTION 4 - ACCESSORY BUILDINGS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 900.20 (4) of the City of Elk <br />River Code of Ordinance titled, "Accessory Buildings" be amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />i. Garages within mUlti-family zoned districts must have a <br />minimum of 40 feet in front of the doors, clear of <br />buildings and other obstructions or if uncovered parking <br />stalls are opposite the garage doors, there must be a <br />minimum of 30 feet clear of obstructions from the garage <br />doors to the end of the uncovered parking stall closest <br />to the garage. <br /> <br />j. Garage stalls must be a minimum of 10 feet in width. <br /> <br />Section 2.
