<br />Accessory Use Setbacks (Cont.) <br /> <br />(1) A maximum of one story is permitted. <br /> <br />~) (2) Accessory structures used for agricultural purposes or of <br />metal construction/exteriors. shall be setback a minimum of <br />300 ft. from any neighboring residence or platted area, <br />unless within a platted area a Conditional Use Permit for <br />the accessory structure is granted which specifies different <br />setback distances or conditions, in which case the <br />Conditional Use requirements shall supercede the require- <br />ments of this section. <br /> <br />(3) Accessory structures used for agricultural purposes (with or <br />without metal skin) shall also be set back a minimum of 300 <br />ft. from any neighboring residence of platted area unless <br />within a platted area, a Conditional Use Permit for the <br />accessory structure is granted which specifies different <br />setback distances or conditions, in which case the <br />Conditional Use regulation shall supercede the requirement <br />of this section. <br /> <br />(4) The keeping of livestock (fences) is prohibited within 200 <br />feet of an adjacent dwelling. <br /> <br />(5) Accessory structure, interior side and rear setback <br />requirements may be reduced to ten (10) feet in the C-l, C- <br />2, C-3, I-I, I-2, and Commercial and Industrial Districts. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />(6) Swimming pools shall be set back a minimum of eight (8) feet <br />from the side yard and rear yard lot lines and must comply <br />with the required front yard setback as per Section 900.18. <br />Swimming pools must be completely enclosed with a chain link <br />or equivalent fence at least four (4) feet high with a <br />lockable gate. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />2. <br />
