Highway 169 Commercial Update Development Standards <br /> The City should continue to leverage the Highway 169 area for Highway 169 CorridorCommercial Reinvestment <br /> which draws patrons from within and beyond Elk River and Currently,much of the development that occurs in Elk <br /> plays an important role in supporting the City's tax base.
