The <br />IT/OT Technician and City IT staff have been able to work together and find solutions <br />quickly with little impact to staff. <br /> <br />• The IT/OT Technician has been assisting with specifying camera equipment and design <br />for the new field services building. <br /> <br />• I’ve been assisting the Tech Services department with planning for transformer load tap <br />changer maintenance, metering upgrades, and investigating SCADA upgrades. <br />109
