Provide tours when <br />Increase education and outreach about Energy City and <br />possible and find new ways to connect with students. Attend BR&E visits to promote <br />initatives. <br />energy and sustainability programs. Educate the public in new and different ways, <br />such as the farmers market and Senior Center presentations. <br />Implement actions and track progress outlined in Energy City Commission 10-year <br />Action Plan by working closely with other city departments. Update Action Plan as <br />relevant to meet changing goals for city. Incorporate renewable energy or other <br />Plan for city sustainability and climate mitigation projects <br />conservation options in new city construction projects (solar, green roof, etc.). Utilize <br />and programs, utilizing partnerships <br />relationships from Climate Smart Municipalities program partners in Germany and <br />Minnesota to advance city sustainability and energy efficiency (even if in-person <br />meetings are limited). <br />Continue working with ERMU and MMPA for community education, grant programs, <br />public education and more. Continue with Clean Energy Choice for purchase 100% <br />Expand and utilize partnership with ERMU <br />renewable energy for all city buildings in 2022. Help promote the Clean Energy <br />Choice throughout Elk River, including businesses. <br />Utilize ECC to further goals for the Action Plan by working closely with members, <br />encouraging more participation from commission members and providing feedback to <br />Expand role of Energy City Commissionother city departments. Expand Energy City Insights program to better educate our <br />community and create interactions, such as Farmers Market programs in 2021. <br />Partner with ERMU when applicable and promote their rebates and services. <br />
