<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 90 - 29 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 900.12 - PERMITTED, <br />ACCESSORY AND CONDITIONAL USES BY DISTRICT, <br />SUBD. B - A-1 AGRICULTURAL CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. That Section 900.12 (B)(l) of the City of <br />Elk River Code of Ordinances titled "Permitted Uses" be amended <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />1. Permitted Uses - <br /> <br />a. Agricultural uses (10 acre minimum on unplatted <br />property) . <br /> <br />Section 2. That Section 900.12 (B)(3) of the City of <br />Elk River Code of Ordinances titled "Conditional Uses" be <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />3. Conditional Uses - <br /> <br />o. <br /> <br />Agricultural uses (less than 10 acres or if within a <br />platted area). <br />Agricultural accessory structures larger than 2,000 <br />square feet and additional agricultural accessory <br />structures. <br /> <br />p. <br /> <br />Section 3.
