C-2 ZQ~[ES <br /> <br />The following signs are permitted in C-l and C-2 Zones: <br /> <br />(i) All signs as permitted in paragraph 4(a) of <br />this section. <br /> <br />(ii) One (1) permanent area identification sign <br />per neighborhood, subdivision, or development, <br />not to exceed sixty-four (64) square feet in <br />sign area. The area identification sign shall <br />be located on the same premises as the <br />development it identifies. <br /> <br />(iii) <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />C-l Zones: One (1) on premise freestanding <br />business sign per premises, not to exceed one <br />(1) square foot in sign are for each linear foot <br />of street frontage up to a maximum of sixty-four <br />(64) square feet is permitted. Total square footage of wall signage <br />per premise not to exceed one (1) square foot of <br />sign area for each linear foot of the building <br />frontage. The sign must be aesthetically <br />pleasing, with materials similar to the building <br />constructed. <br /> <br />(v) <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Incidental signs, not to exceed one (1) <br />foot in aggregate sign area per occupancy are <br />permitted on premise. <br /> <br />(vi) Two (2) on premise construction signs not to <br />
