The applicant shall receive a commercial kennel license from <br />the city. <br />2. No more than six (6) animal units shall be allowed outdoors at <br />once. <br />3. The number of dogs permitted for boarding shall be limited to <br />three (3), this is in addition to the owner's animals. <br />4. The removal of animal waste shall comply with Section 10-5. <br />5. No more than two (2) animals per supervisor shall be allowed <br />outside of the fenced area. <br />6. All dog waste shall be cleaned up immediately when dogs are <br />off -site. <br />7. No dogs designated as dangerous or potentially dangerous are <br />allowed to be kept on site, and the keeping of such dog shall be <br />grounds for revocation of the permit. <br />8. The <br />ordinance defines a Commercial Kennel as any premise where more than six domestic animal units, over the age <br />of six months, are boarded, trained, or bred for compensation, except for animals being raised as agricultural <br />animals, an animal hospital, a veterinary clinic, or a pet shop.
