Site Plan - Gateway Business Center <br /> <br />We will convene the meeting in the Upper Town Conference Room to meet with the <br />property owners located adjacent to the City-owned property within the Gateway Business <br />Center. As there are few options for road design and layout, the purpose of this meeting will <br />be to provide information to the adjacent property owners, receive their input, and note <br />their concerns and questions which can then be forwarded to the City Council for further <br />discussion. <br /> <br />Item # 3. & 4. - Pinewood Estates Second Addition <br /> <br />For this portion of the meeting, we will adjourn to the City Council chambers, since this is a <br />continuation of the public hearing of July 26th, Attached please find Senior Planner <br />Harlicker's memos relating to these requests. The applicant was unwilling to submit a <br />revised proposal. Therefore, you will note staff's recommendation relating to the plat, <br />requiring larger lot sizes adjacent to the existing lots in Pinewood. <br /> <br />Item # 5. - Discuss Use of Engineered Fabric Structures in the Light and <br />Medium Industrial Districts <br /> <br />Street Superintendent Phil Hals will be in attendance to discuss the need to construct a <br />salt/ sand storage facility, utilizing an engineered fabric structure. Attached please find <br />information relating to the design of these structures. <br />
