<br />Action Requested: <br /> <br />That the Executive Committee/Capital Budget Committee: <br />a) Recommend that the NCDA authorize the Chair to finalize <br />negotiations and execute an agreement with APT A for <br />peer review panel services for an amount not to exceed <br />$4,500.00; <br />b) Authorize the Executive Director to reimburse peer review <br />panel participants for travel and lodging expenses (with <br />proper receipt/documentation) incurred as part of the <br />review process at an approximate total cost of $20,000.00; <br />and <br />c) Recommend that the Chair be authorized to sign the <br />indemnification form as noted above. <br /> <br />2 <br />
