<br />To: Elk River Planning Commission <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, agree with and support the residents of Pinewood estates as to the following: <br /> <br />1. That lots A and B of the pinewood golf course should not be rezoned from open space <br />to residential use. <br />2. That any expansion or development of the golf course lots A and B follow the existing <br />protective covenants restrictions and servitudes that were rtied with our titles of <br />property when we bought our homes. <br />3. That any division of Lots in the existing Pinewood Estates be at least 18,000 square <br />feet. <br />4. That any Single family home be at least 1,200 square fee~ on one level. <br />5.'
