By moving the access from <br />the P.I of the curve (in the original drawing) it removes the site lines from the tangent,.' With the construction of the interchange at CH 33 and T.H. 169 and the rapid development of <br />this area, it is imperative that we balance the safety and mobility of the community with the rights of the <br />landowner to develop his/her property. We require 50' of right of way along CH 33 be dedicated in fee title to Sherburne County. <br />3. We will r~uire a rightturn lane on CH l3 for Olson Street built to MnDOT standards. <br />4.
