Included in the staff meeting were members of Elk River city staff, as well as Dick <br />Corbin, representing the Sherburne County :Highway Department. Please note the following <br />comments from our meeting: <br /> <br />1. There was a question if appropriate right-of-way exists from the lot to the south, owned <br />by William and Stacy Snetsinger, in order to construct the proposed Olson Street. Please <br />verify that the County has adequate right-of-way or that you have obtained access <br />easements to cross this property in order to construct the street as drawn. <br /> <br />3. Trott Brook has a substantial floodplain over a large portion of the property per the <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency Flood Maps. Drainage and utility easements <br />will be required to be dedicated over the floodplain area. <br /> <br />4. There is a question as to the total number of dwelling units proposed for Lot 5. City <br />Code allows one dwelling unit per lot.
