Conditional Use Permit for 18857 Albany ST NW, Elk River MN <br />• What is being proposed is to allow the household to have a private kennel license. There are no <br />plans to build or alter the property from its current layout as there is no changes currently <br />needed for this. This is for Private pets on our property. <br />• This is a private household so the pets would be there 24 hours a day. <br />• There are no employees as this is a private household. <br />• We currently have a 4-car driveway <br />• Not sure what is meant by screening of the property. Currently no plans to change anything on <br />the property just need CUP to have the kennel lic. <br />• No building materials needed as nothing is being built <br />• No signage is being posted <br />• Outdoor storage is not done on this property as it is a personal residential property <br />
