I am writing in regards to the applicant's dogs that Resign in elk River. I have been going to the Applicant home for the past year now and for the last nine months I have been bringing my grand dog which just turned one and is a full beagle. Harmony which is my grand dog has a best friend at Applicants house by the name of Joon. Since I have been coming to their home I have never had a problem with any of the dogs nor has any of my friends that have been with me or even my grand dog. Harmony loves to come over and play with Calley and Duke and Abel and of course like I said her best friend Joon. I have been over to the Applicant house numerous times where I have heard the neighbor say sarcastic remarks to the applicant try to imitate the applicant and also talk crap to The applicant. XXXX which is their son has a remarkable bond with each and every dog. XXXX also has friends over and nobody has ever had a problem with any of the dogs that live in the Applicant home. all dogs in the Applicant home are treated like family and are loved to the fullest. Also I Have seen the applicants use pressure points on the dogs and also on my grand dog and they respond instantly with no problems at all. Their dogs are amazing and well took care of. I also have been left at the Applicant house by myself with the dogs and I have never had a issue or a problem and felt perfectly fine just sitting there chilling with them talking with them. I lived at 18857 Albany street nw in elk river from August 2018 until February 2019. While I lived there, I interacted daily with Kali, Duke and Abel, as well as any other dogs that had came through to be helped briefly before finding their "forever" family. I lived there with another lady, who was trying to get on her feet after getting out of a bad situation. She came with 2 mastiffs (100 plus pounds each). I watched the applicant and her try to rehome those dogs four separate times, and every time the men who laughed at her when she offered help would come back with the dogs and some story. Now this was kali, Duke, Abel, and two 100 pound mastiffs. It never got out of hand or dangerous.
