To whom it may concern: My name is Amber and I have known applicants for years. I have lived with them when I have needed a place to stay a few times. This family will give the shirts off there back to any person or animal in need. All of their dogs are the sweetest most loving dogs a will ever meet. They love to be loved and snuggle. Their son cherishes them and treats them as his best friends they have slept with him every night and with my son and all the other kids at sleepovers. There has never ever been a worry or issue. They also love playing with my dogs which one is a tiny cockershon who loves to play with all of them. Applicant has taken care of my dogs when I have needed her too and my sons dog too. Their has never been a concern or issue. The issues that I have seen is their neighbor letting her dog out EVERY SINGLE time applicants are letting her dogs out. Her dog is viscious and NOT friendly at all. Her dog torments all the dogs at the fence every single day! One time my sons dog was out in the front yard with us and Vicki's dog viciously broke out the front door the minute it opened and came to attack him!!! We had to pull him away! Vicki has does nothing but torment applicant the whole time she has lived there and he about her and her family!! She not only video tapes Applicant in her back yard (which is a huge violation of privacy) she randomly yells things constantly through the day even when I have been visiting applicant. Do you think that helps someone that has gone through traumatic horrible events???!!! I know as someone who has worked in the field and been through my own it is very violating and intruding!!!! Enough of listening to the lies of this woman Vicki and her daughter. The applicants have done NOTHING but help people and animals, there is NO reason they should be tormented any further and if companion animals are a necessary in everyone's live, this family will do nothing but love and care for them as well humans. And they have done nothing but that! Amber N. Johnson Sent from my iphone Hello, My name is Carrie Schminkey and I am emailing regarding 18857 Albany St NW and their application for a kennel license. I do not personally know the people who reside here, aside from the quick, friendly neighbor hello. What I do know, is that they are excellent pet owners, in my opinion. Our family has lived in this neighborhood for almost 10 years and we have never seen any of their dogs running or roaming the neighborhood. I do see her out walking and working with her dogs. One at a time, she will walk them and is clearly very good with them. We spoke with them tonight, and were informed that one of the concerns was that the dogs would affect how we can enjoy our backyard. Our back yard is kiddie corner to their backyard, and our whole family is in agreement that them being approved for a kennel license will in no way hinder our enjoyment of our property. Honestly, if we hadn't seen her walking her dogs around the block, we
