Action Requested <br />■ The Planning Commission recommended denial based on traffic impacts to <br />existing neighborhood and lack of adequate roads to support the <br />development. <br />■ If Council seeks to deny, specific reasons should be noted and direct <br />staff to return with a finding of fact denying the applications. <br />■ However, based on the information available at this time, staff does not have <br />a legally sufficient reason to recommend denial. <br />■ Should Council approve the project, staff recommends including conditions <br />noted in PC memo. <br />■ ?Iodify the condition requiring connection to west, to instead direct <br />staff to immediately begin work on extension to east (Waco) while still <br />requiring developer to construct connection to west (township) in <br />accordance with their standards and approval. <br />I <br />
