A PUD agreement shall be approved by the City Council and <br />signed by both parties prior to the issuance of building permits <br />for any building within the project area. <br />2. The field road access to Highway 10 shall be removed and <br />vacated in accordance with MnDOT standards. <br />3. All comments noted in the staff comment letter dated May 7, <br />2021, shall be addressed prior to sending the PUD agreement <br />to the City Council for approval. <br />4. Big Lake Township's approval of the frontage road connection <br />to Business Center Drive. <br />Recommend, by motion, approval of the Preliminary Plat for <br />Broadway on 10. <br />i <br />- RR <br />Hwy 10 <br />CR 33 <br />CR 12 <br />tV' <br />Background/Discussion <br />On May 25, 2021, the Planning Commission held a public hearing <br />concerning the proposed project. After receiving public testimony and 3 <br />Figure I -- <br />discussing the applications before them, the Planning Commission <br />unanimously continued to item to June 22, 2021, and asked the applicant to complete a traffic study. The <br />Commission also requested additional information from staff to inform their decision.
