9 <br />o Put hot dog condiments (onions, relish, etc.) in cooler. <br />o Fill pop cooler. <br />o Empty popcorn machine and clean out. <br />o Stock bar (napkins, straws, swords, chips, cups, lids, etc.) <br />o Take roller off on hot dog machine, wash it, and wash inside. <br />o Dishes are done and put away. <br />o Make sure all lights are turned off, upstairs and down. <br />o Make sure windows are shut. <br />o Make sure all doors are locked. <br />o Check patio for garbage and make sure patio is arranged for next day. <br />o Vacuum. <br />o Count cash box in office and deposit in safe. <br />o Close out credit card machine.
