First Step Preschool submitted an offer which was approved by the <br />City Council. <br />The attached resolution authorizes staff to prepare and execute all documents required for the sale and transfer of <br />the Activity Center in accordance with the accepted purchase agreement. <br />The third addendum (June) was not available at the time the packet was published. It extends the due diligence <br />period to meet the public hearing requirement for the CUP, which was approved on June 7, 2021.
