<br />e <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 91 - 14 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 800.26 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATED TO <br />LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE <br /> <br />The ~'ty Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as <br />follows: i <br /> <br />Section 1.1 That Section 800.26 Subsection l(a) of the City <br />Code of O~ inances be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1, proo~. No beer, wine, or liquor license shall be <br />issued, mal'ntained, or renewed unless and until the applicant <br />has providl d proof of financial responsibility imposed by <br />Minnesota, tatutes, Section 340A.801, by filing with the City: <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />e <br /> <br /> <br />certificate that there is in effect an insurance <br />or pool provided minimum coverages of 1) $100,000 <br />e of bodily injury to anyone (1) person in anyone <br />ence, and $300,000 because of bodily injury to two <br />more persons in anyone (1) occurrence, and in the <br />of $100,000 because of injury to or destruction of <br />ty of others in anyone (1) occurrence, and 2). <br />00 for loss of means of support of anyone (1) <br />in anyone (1) occurrence, and, subject to the <br />of one (1) person, $300,000 for loss of means 9f <br />t of two (2) or more persons in anyone (1) <br />ence (an annual aggregate policy limit for dram shop <br />ity of not less than $300,000 per policy may be <br />ed in the pOlicy provision); or <br /> <br />bond of a surety company with minimum coverages as <br />ed in subparagraph A of this Section; or, <br /> <br />c. certificate of the State Treasurer that the <br />lice~1 ee has deposited with him $100,000.00 in cash or <br />secu 'ties which may legally be purchased by savings banks <br />or f trust funds having a market value of $100,000.00. <br /> <br /> <br />ion.
