Open Forum <br /> <br /> No one appeared for Open Forum. <br /> <br />6.1 2020 Audit Presentation <br /> <br />Michelle Hoffman and Troy Gabler, CliftonLarsonAllen, presented an overview of <br />the Annual Comprehensive Finance Report for the year ended December 31, 2020. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Westgaard to accept the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br /> <br />7.1 Conditional Use Permit: Establish Educational Use, 413 Proctor <br />Avenue <br /> <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Moved by Councilmember Christianson and seconded by Councilmember <br />Westgaard to approve a conditional use permit to First Step Preschool to <br />establish an educational use at 413 Proctor Avenue.
