. . . ORDINANCE 92 - 27 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 720 "MINERAL EXCAVATION" The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: Section 1.
