<br />. <br /> <br />County Auditor and collected and remitted to the City in the <br />same manner as assessments for local improvements. The rights <br />of the City under this paragraph shall be in addition to other <br />remedial or enforcement rights provided under this ordinance. <br /> <br />5. No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged, <br />directly or indirectly, any storm water, surface water, <br />groundwater, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, waste from <br />individual sewage treatment systems, or unpolluted cooling or <br />processed water to any sanitary sewer except as permitted by <br />the City. <br /> <br />6. Storm water and all other unpolluted water shall be <br />discharged to a storm sewer, except that unpolluted cooling or <br />process water shall only be so discharged upon approval by the <br />City and the issuance of a discharge permit by the MPCA. <br /> <br />7. No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged, <br />directly or indirectly, any of the following described <br />substances to any public sewer: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />a. Any liquids, solids, or gases which by reason of <br />their nature or quantity are, or may be, sufficient either <br />alone or by interaction with other substances to cause <br />fire or explosion or be injurious in any other way to the <br />wastewater disposal system or to the operation of the <br />system. Prohibited materials include, but are not limited <br />to, gasoline, kerosene, naphtha, benzene, toluene, xylene, <br />ethers, alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, peroxides, <br />chlorates, perchlorates, bromates, carbides, hydrides and <br />sulfides. <br /> <br />b. Any water or wastes containing toxic or poisonous <br />solids, liquids or gases in sufficient quantity, either <br />singly or by interaction with other wastes, to injure or <br />interfere with any sewage treatment process, to constitute <br />a hazard to humans or animals, to create a public <br />nuisance, or create any hazard in a wastewater treatment <br />works. A toxic pollutant shall include, but not be <br />limited to, any pollutant identified pursuant to Section <br />307 (a) of the Act. <br /> <br />c. Any water or wastes having a pH lower than 5.5 or <br />having any other corrosive property capable of causing <br />damage or hazard to structures, equipment and personnel or <br />the wastewater treatment works. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />d. Solid or viscous substances, either whole or ground, <br />in quantities or of such size to be capable of causing <br />obstruction to the flow in sewers, or other interference <br />with the property operation of the wastewater treatment <br />works, including, but not limited to, ashes, cinders, <br />disposal diapers, glass grinding or polishing wastes, <br />stone cutting or polishing wastes, sand, mud, straw, <br />shavings, metal, glass, rags, feathers, tar, plastics, <br />wood, underground garbage, whole blood, paunch manure, <br />
