<br />restoration of the receiving waters and environs and sludge <br />disposal, shall be borne by the discharger(s) of said wastes, <br />~ at no expense to the City. <br /> <br />5. As a condition of use, the City shall be granted access by <br />industrial users to information regarding industrial processes <br />which have a direct bearing on the type and source of <br />discharges to the wastewater collection system. <br /> <br />6. All work performed on private property by the City in the <br />course of operating and maintaining the City's sewer utility <br />shall be performed in full accordance with a duly negotiated <br />and executed easement. <br /> <br />7. The City and its authorized employees shall observe all <br />applicable safety rules while performing work on private <br />property and the City shall hold the owner blameless for <br />injury or death except as such may be caused by negligence or <br />failure of the owner to maintain safe conditions. <br /> <br />Section 2.
