Commencing West on 209th Avenue to Quincy Street. South on Quincy Street to County Road 33. West on County Road 33 to Smith Street. Western Boundary: All that property within the corporate limits of the City lying east of the following described western boundary: Beginning at County Road 33 and Smith Street. Commencing south on Smith Street to Tyler Street. Continuing South on Tyler Street to County Road 13. Continuing Southeasterly on County Road 13 to 5th Street. West on 5th Street to US Highway 169. South on US Highway 169 to Main Street. West on Main Street to CSAH 42 Bridge. South on CSAH Bridge 42 to the Mississippi River. Eastern Boundary: All that property within the corporate limits of the City lying west of the following described eastern boundary: Beginning at 209th Avenue and the Jarvis Street alignment. Commencing South along the Jarvis Street alignment to the 152nd Avenue alignment. Southern Boundary: All that property within the corporate limits of the City lying north of the following described southern boundary: Beginning at the Mississippi River and CSAH 42 Bridge. Commencing South on the Mississippi River to the Jarvis Street alignment. The Mayor shall be elected at large. Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force on September 15, 1992. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 30th day of March, 1992.
