Changing the policy to allow civic and service groups who have contributed to beautifying <br />areas within the city. <br />2. Adding an interior beautification component. <br />3. Accepting nominations from May through October. The finalists will receive public <br />recognition, and one of the finalist will be selected in November to receive the award. <br />4. Incorporating videos and public input. <br />5. Changes to the Judging Rubric <br /> <br />The EDA is supportive of policy discussions at the committee level and encouraged the committee to <br />discuss the policy and bring back to the EDA.
