POD Agreement. Approval of the CUP shall be <br />contingent on execution by the developer of a PUD <br />agreement in the form required by the City. The <br />PUD Agreement shall incorporate the PUD <br />Development Plan, identify the land uses to be <br />permitted in the PUD and include such other <br />conditions as the council shall deem necessary or <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />iv. Final Plat.
