If public sewer and <br />water are not available, the engineer shall provide site <br />evaluation data required by Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency Individual Sewage Treatment Standards (Chapter 7080) <br />to determine the suitability of the site for individual <br />sewage treatment systems. Such data, consistent with Chapter <br />7080, may include, but is not limited to, depth to the <br />highest known or calculated ground water table or bedrock; <br />soil conditions, properties and permeability; slope; <br />existence of lowlands; local surface depressions and rock <br />outcrops; legal setback requirements; soil borings and <br />percolation tests. reference shall be made to "Soil Survey: <br />Sherburne County, Minnesota," u.S. Department of Agriculture, <br />Soil Conservation Service, and any other available sources. <br />The data required should be determined by the City, in its <br />discretion. <br /> <br />4. Other Information. Allor any part of the following <br />information shall be provided at the request of the City: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />A. Statement of the proposed use of lots stating type of <br />residential buildings with number of proposed dwelling units <br />or type of business or industry, so as to reveal the effect <br />of the proposed development on traffic, fire hazards, and <br />congestion of population. <br /> <br />B. proposed protective covenants, if any. <br /> <br />C. A drainage plan for the area indicating the direction <br />and rate of natural storm water runoff and those unaltered <br />areas where storm water collects and percolates into the <br />ground. A proposed drainage plan for the developed site <br />indicating the direction and rate of runoff and those areas <br />where storm water will collect and percolate into the ground <br />shall also be included. <br /> <br />D. A proposed finished grading plan showing contour <br />intervals appropriate to the topography or spot elevations <br />clearly indicating the relationship of proposed changes to <br />existing topography and remaining features. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />E. Where the subdivider owns property adjacent to that <br />which is being proposed for the subdivision, the subdivider <br />shall submit a sketch plan of such remaining property so as <br /> <br />10.31 <br />
